Welcome to Indigenous Works and your expert resource centre for regional, national, and international Indigenous inclusion workplace and partnership solutions. We are delighted to be your one-stop navigational guide through Indigenous workplace territory.
I would like to lead you to a variety resources that will help you start your climb up our Inclusion Continuum – a seven-stage model used to depict the organizational competencies your company needs to improve and grow Indigenous workplace inclusion and prosperous partnerships.
We can help you identify or strengthen your business case for Indigenous workplace inclusion to help you usher in a new economy for your company or organization.
You can learn how you can get involved with companies that have formed a community of practice through our Leadership Circle membership program. These members are willing to share their experiences and success stories to help you overcome the pressure points in your organization that are stalling your efforts to build trusted relationships and partnerships with the Indigenous community.
Our advisory services, workplace inclusion diagnostic, and product suite are designed to help you improve your strategies, practices and behaviours in five workplace systems: leadership, human resources (HR), procurement, communications/marketing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Our national charity, Kocihta, is designed to build capacity in the Indigenous workforce by empowering Indigenous youth to reach their career potential. Partnering with Kocihta will support your CSR and recruitment strategies, and help you build a trusted and sustainable legacy within the Indigenous community. With your support we can build Indigenous workforce capacity and a stronger, more confident group of Indigenous youth that are aligned with the needs of your workplace.
We have a dedicated team of experts available to help you begin your Indigenous workplace inclusion journey. Attending our annual national signature event, Inclusion Works, is a great way to start your journey. The event, Canada's biggest Indigenous workplace inclusion event and recruitment fair, offers keen insights from national and regional thought leaders, high level management learning/networking opportunities with leading-edge corporate representatives that have had success with Indigenous inclusion, and a chance to meet bright and articulate Indigenous post-secondary grads from across Canada!
Please contact me or a member of our team to learn more about how we can help you advance your ROI (return on inclusion, investment, integrity) and business case for Indigenous workplace inclusion.
