We will work closely with your team and work units to develop implementation plans that result in improved organizational competencies (i.e., Indigenous recruitment, retention and advancement, self-identification, or adjusted procurement practices that encourage Indigenous businesses to respond to bids). All our operational practices include the tracking, metric and reporting requirements you need.
ADVISORY SERVICES IMPLEMENTATION - CASE STUDIES:
- CANADA POST - To enhance and promote Canada Post's recruitment efforts we co-developed with them an Aboriginal employment focused newsletter, entitled "Connections". The Connections newsletter showcases stories and testimonies from Indigenous and other employees about what attracted them, and keeps them working at Canada Post.
