Recruitment Campaigns

Here are some example campaigns that we co-developed with our Leadership Circle membership:

Featured Campaign: Canada Post

To enhance and promote Canada Post’s recruitment and engagement efforts we co-developed an Indigenous employment focused newsletter, entitled Connections. The newsletter showcases stories from Indigenous and other employees about what attracted them, and keeps them working at Canada Post.

Indigenous Works worked closely with Canada Post to select employees to interview, plan and design a newsletter which conveyed a welcoming tone to best connect with Indigenous audiences.

Other Campaigns

  • HSBC - To promote the opportunity of a paid-internship to qualified Indigenous candidates - we partnered with HSBC to create an email and social media campaign, and related webinar—which attracted above the goal number of candidates. 

  • GOVERNMENT OF SASKATCHEWAN - To help the province of Saskatchewan improve their management level recruitment of Indigenous people, we conducted a research project on "Indigenous executive recruitment."


Recruitment Channels

We will manage the created promotions and media placements across designated job sites and networks. Distribution methods can include a direct email to 5,000+ Indigenous candidates, with an additional reach of 20,000+ through our social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram. Also we can work with you to develop a branded page on the Inclusion Network job site (see below).

Inclusion Network - Canada's National Indigenous Online Job Site - Employers: post jobs and search through a large database of Indigenous candidates from across Canada. Indigenous Candidates: post your profile and learn about career opportunities with employers-of-choice.
