Two-Spirit and LGBTQ+ Indigenous people are catalysts to change in society and Canadian workplaces. However, their significance in Indigenous culture is often misunderstood. This webinar will educate the many ways that two-spirit and LGBTQ+ Indigenous are leaders of innovation and inclusion in workplaces. By understanding the origins, history, and common misconceptions of the two-spirited individuals in Indigenous culture, you will build workplaces that celebrate all employees regardless of gender expression, gender identity, and sexual orientation. We will look at the experiences of two-spirit and LGBTQ+ Indigenous people and how they are creating change in Canadian organizations. By bringing down barriers to employment, safer, more inclusive workplaces will be created to achieve the full potential of all employees
