Performance Excellence Category
Recognizing inclusion strategies, practices and behaviours that have been implemented and resulted in positive outcomes for businesses and the Indigenous community as organizations climb the Inclusion Continuum.
Enterprise-Wide Leadership (1 recipient )
Awarded to a company/organization that has taken a leadership role to demonstrate the implementation of innovative and effective strategies, practices and behaviours that have integrated Indigenous inclusion in two or more of the following workplace systems: Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications / Marketing, Procurement and Leadership.
Workplace System Leadership (1 recipient )
Awarded to a company/organization that has demonstrated innovative and effective practices in ONE of the following workplace systems: Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications / Marketing, Procurement. Leadership.
Community Partnership Award (1 Recipient )
Recognizing an employer who is demonstrating 'best of class' community partnerships with employment, business, political and community leaders and together they are achieving exceptional social and economic inclusion outcomes.
Change Maker Category
Recognizing the leadership role that an organization or individual has taken to climb the Inclusion Continuum by advancing Indigenous people, businesses, and communities through Indigenous workplace inclusion.
CEO Inclusion Leadership (1 Recipient )
Awarded to a CEO that has demonstrated leadership to advance Indigenous workplace inclusion throughout an organization as a priority and a core business strategy.
Initiator - Team (1 Recipient )
Awarded to a team of people (unit/cross-functional or internal/external) that is demonstrating how they are moving from the first stages of inclusion planning within their organization toward implementation of inclusion systems in one or more of the following workplace systems: human resources, procurement, communications/marketing, corporate social responsibility).
Initiator - Individual (1 Recipient )
Awarded to an individual that is working toward, or has been instrumental in, advocating for, or implementing, a business case for Indigenous workplace inclusion on an organizational-wide level.
