Steps

To find a student and apply for funding.

  • Please choose - Create an account
  • Please choose employer from the 3 dropdown menus of employer, job seeker, recruiter
  • After you have created your account, please post your job using campus connect
  • When you complete the job posting, it will give you option to apply for funding, please choose SWPP funding and complete the application.

The jobs will be then reviewed and approved by Magnet. You will receive communication about the approval of funding and the next steps.

  • Once the funding is approved, you will be provided with a link to send it to the student for him/her to fill out their details.
  • You will get a notification when the student has completed their portion of questionnaire along with next steps such as providing them with the first pay stub etc.
  • All of these steps are completed online only

If you already have a student.

  • Create an account and provide the profile of your organization.
  • Please fill out the necessary information and apply for funding.
  • Once the funding is approved, you will be provided with a link to send it to the student for him/her to fill out their details.
  • You will get a notification when the student has completed their portion of questionnaire along with next steps such as providing them with the first pay stub etc.
  • All of these steps are completed online only.
